Concept Vehicles are really taking such unique and never-before-seen shapes that one is struggling to classify them into any existent set of vehicles. The Audi Quattroflex Concept is being called as a concept car, but it is anything like a car that we have known. For starters, this crazy vehicle for the future roads has no roof on top of it. The vehicle is almost like an open chariot of the future which can be driven using a joystick. It really seems that the difference between the virtual world of gaming consoles and the real world we live in is being blurred at a dazzling pace.

“Gamma” is a pretty cool name to have for a concept car as it plays off of something that is simple, familiar and sounds really trendy. The moment you look at the concept design of Gamma car, you are all the more thrilled and are forced to smile a bit. A design that shows the interiors of the gadget in a classy and tech-savvy fashion was pretty popular for a period of time. I for one am completely in favor of such a design in most of the cases. But when it comes to a car, it may not be the best idea in the world.

Bikes have indeed move on from the age of the “Terminator” both in terms of design and performance. But one must confess that there is nothing cooler than good old Arnold saying “I’ll be back” and riding away on his booming bike. With changing times, that image of the super bike has changed rapidly. The modern sci-fi bike is all about a very open design with everything on the inside lying bare on the outside. The extra pomp and metal is just a waste of time and unnecessary weight that can be done without. If you are from the same school of thought, then here is your nirvana.

Even before we start talking about this brand new concept ‘small car’ from Nissan, let me maintain that whenever I say ‘Looney Toon’, that is more a sign of respect rather than ridicule. Let’s face it; there is no form of entertainment even till this date that beats the Looney Toons. But the Nissan Nuvu is a tad bit more serious than cartoons and this small car is really something that changes the perception towards small all-electric vehicles. Nissan unveiled the Nuvu at the Paris Motor Show and the car surely breaks the mould and stands apart.

It is hard to classify something as ‘strange’ or ‘weird’ in this time and age as everything that we feel is odd at one moment becomes the mundane the very next day. AIRpod is a pretty strange concept when you look at it from a distance, but as you get closer to the intricacies of this cool emission-free car, you will understand the utility of this modern commuter. Most urban commuters do not need to travel long and fast. That is why this car from MDI has a maximum speed of just 40 mph and has a range of around 130 miles. But there is a lot more to the AIRpod than that.

It is hard enough to find an electric car that gives satisfactory performance and half-good mileage, but when you find something that looks like an ultra-cool space age sports car and is an all-electric vehicle, you pretty much hit the jackpot. That was the exact same feeling many people experienced when they took the first look at the Venturi Volage as the covers came off. The Volage is truly one spectacular automobile that integrates the future electric technology with a design and bodywork that makes it stand out from the crowd.

Cars always attract designers and artists as they are as good a piece of mobile canvas as you will ever get. Add to the fact that the car is going to carry your work and put it on display across the city or country on a daily basis. If you were an artists trying to show-off your skill and make a name for yourself, then there could not be a better way. This very specially crafted MINI One Car is on display at the London Design Museum and it has been custom crafted to commemorate the 50 years of Mini in UK. The car was created by graphic designer Alan Aldridge, and is a part of ‘The Man with Kaleidoscope Eyes’ exhibit.

Gordon Murray has been involved in the past in some pretty high profile projects and one would generally expect something very similar from the man. His past projects include the McLaren F1 and the Rocket and they are very different from what he has chalked up next. The T.25 is going to be the twenty fifth project from the creator of cars and this time he has apparently created a city commuter that is small, compact and easy to ship. The car is all set to be unveiled soon but as usual we could not wait for the gala night. So we had to peek in a get a look, even if it was with the covers still on.

With the season being closed, and although in need of rest, it is not uncommon for pilots begin to look around still looking for some leisure revive their winter. While once the 4 wheels were a temptation for a few - Valentino Rossi on his head, as well as pilots in the Ducati Marlboro usual holiday on snow - now it seems that challenge by car has become their official pastime.
Proof? The record of requests for participation in the Monza Rally Show, classic closing event of the Monza racing dell’Autodromo scheduled from Nov. 14-16 closely than ever as this year - a few days after - was found with Applications for participation in surplus (50).

Grande OBIOBI. Here is his latest creation, provocative enough, the Moto Morini Superbike “TARQUINIA.” We agree with Oberdan Bezzi, the naked go well, the enduro road, like the scrambler, but a true Superbike when we’ll see? This “TARQUINIA” is meant as a tribute to the great Tarquinio Provini of which we often talked about.
